I am a Real Estate Broker and Broker/Owner with 14 years of Broker/Owner experience, with a professional career in Real Estate built on experience, service, leadership, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their goals.

As the Founder and Broker Owner of Weatherspoon Realty Inc., I bring a hands-on understanding of the Real Estate industry, from working with clients and navigating transactions to building lasting professional relationships and growing a Real Estate business. I have been a licensed Florida Realtor since 2003 and have developed experience across residential and commercial Real Estate.

My approach is centered on listening, understanding each client’s unique objectives, providing informed guidance, and creating strategies that support their long-term goals. Whether I am helping someone buy, sell, invest, or navigate a complex Real Estate transaction, I believe in providing professional service, clear communication, and dependable guidance throughout the process.

I am also actively involved in the Real Estate profession through industry leadership and professional development. I currently serve as Vice-Chair of the ORRA Commercial Council and have been a member of the ORRA Commercial Council for four years. I have also served as Treasurer of the ORRA affiliate NAREB for four years and have participated on various ORRA committees. My professional credentials include CIPS, GRI, and e-PRO, and I am currently pursuing the CCIM designation.
